Outer Bands of Tropical Storm Cristobal Head Toward Lexington

The remains of Tropical Storm Cristobal are currently centered in Missouri, but as the outer bands of moisture wrap around, Kentucky and southern Indiana will see an increase in thunderstorm chances and gusty winds, even outside of storms. The main threats these storms bring to the area are heavy downpours, gusty winds, and isolated tornadoes. The best chance for storms will be in the afternoon and evening hours.
