Golden Alert Issued for Missing Woman

Golden Alert Issued for Missing Woman

The Lexington Police Department has issued a Golden Alert for a missing elderly woman.  Carmen Siguenza, 61, was last seen in the Pemberton Street area around 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 23rd.  She was driving a red 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage with a Texas plate displaying:  LLR6481.

Ms. Siguenza has schizophrenia and has not been taking her medication.  Her phone last pinged in the Waveland area on Wednesday, April 24th at 8:58 p.m.

Anyone with information about Ms. Siguenza’s whereabouts is asked to contact Lexington Police by calling (859) 258-3600 or 911.
